Internal Training Program to Enhance Employee Skills – 2026

P.V. recognizes the importance of developing employees’ potential in order to enhance their knowledge, understanding, and work-related skills for greater efficiency. Therefore, the company organized an internal training session conducted by the Factory Manager.

This training focused on encouraging employees to exchange ideas and actively participate through continuous discussions and Q&A sessions between the speaker and employees. Such an approach helped promote engagement in the learning process and enabled employees to apply the knowledge gained to their actual work.
